While it may be easier to believe sensationalized, false “facts” about bully breeds that they attack unprovoked, most dogs do not. Dogs give very clear indications of their moods  when they are encountering strangers or new situations. LEARN THE BODY LANGUAGE.

YES. This essential for everyone who spends any time near dogs at any point of their lives.

“unprovoked” bites rarely ever happen, if at all.

I grew up with dogs and I can confirm this. Learn the body language. If you’re not sure, it’s better to back off and let the dog decide wether it wants your attention or not. If they back off, you back off. Let the dog check you by sniffing in peace and show them you mean no harm. Generally just try to be calm and relaxed and let the dog make the first move.

idk why wearing someone else’s shirt or sweater or jacket is so satisfying and comforting but it is

but not as satisfying as seeing someone else wearing your jacket or sweatshirt. like. wow. they’re wearing my sweatshirt. and it’s cute as fuck.

the bond between the person wearing someone else’s clothes and the person whose clothes they are wearing is strong
